Subject: Termination of Employment
The Company would like to announce that Mr. Chawalit Suwattikun, who held the position of Marketing Advisor, is no longer an employee of the Company, effective from March 24, 2025 onwards.
Any actions carried out by the aforementioned individual, including any representations or exercise of rights in connection with Dynasty Ceramic Public Company Limited and Royal Ceramic Industry Public Company Limited, shall not be the responsibility of the Company. The Company shall not be held liable for any damages arising from such actions as of March 24, 2025.
This announcement is made for general acknowledgment.
