Career News: Basic Firefighting Training 2026

Dynasty Ceramic Public Company Limited organized its Annual Basic Firefighting Training 2026 on Friday, October 16, 2026, at the Main Conference Room, 4th Floor, Head Office. The training aimed to enhance employees' knowledge, understanding, and practical skills in fire prevention and emergency response, while raising awareness of the importance of workplace safety.

 
The training was conducted by certified instructors registered with the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare from A.N.N. Safety Co., Ltd., who provided both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in fire emergency response. The program was divided into theoretical and practical sessions.

 Morning Session: Fire Safety Theory and Basic Life Support Training
          Employees learned about the causes and classifications of fires, fundamental fire prevention and suppression techniques, and appropriate procedures for responding to emergencies. The session also included hands-on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training to equip participants with essential lifesaving skills and enhance their ability to assist individuals in emergency situations safely and effectively.

  Afternoon Session: Practical Firefighting and Fire Evacuation Drill
          Employees participated in practical training on the proper use of firefighting equipment, including fire extinguishers and fire hoses. They also took part in a fire evacuation drill, practicing evacuation procedures and moving to designated assembly points. These activities aimed to familiarize employees with emergency evacuation routes and procedures while strengthening teamwork and coordination during emergency situations.

 
Following the training and evacuation drill, a review and evaluation session was conducted to assess the overall effectiveness of the activities. Feedback and recommendations gathered during the session will be used to further improve the company's fire prevention measures and emergency preparedness.
